British rock band The Struts \u2013 who have become one of the hottest rock bands in America \u2013 have announced that their debut album \u2018Everybody Wants\u2019 will be released globally on March 4th via Polydor/Interscope Records, due to overwhelming demand.\r

Featuring the huge US hit singles \u2018Could Have Been Me\u2019 and \u2018Kiss This\u2019 \u2013 which were on their US-only 2015 EP \u2018Have You Heard\u2019 \u2013 the new album was recorded in Los Angeles, London, Bournemouth and Jersey and embodies the sheer rock \u2018n\u2019 roll decadence which saw The Struts handpicked at the end of last year by legendary rock band M\xf6tley Cr\xfce to support them on their final four performances.\r

Of the new music, which was co-written by the band, frontman Luke Spiller says, \u201c\u2019Everybody Wants\u2019 is a collection of songs for the disenchanted. When putting the album together we have approached it with the mindset that when listening, you are taken on a journey. You can even hear the album title in the chorus of the opening track \u2018Roll Up.\u2019 This song gives you the insight to a larger than life character that opens the door to the rest of the album. I think anyone who listens to this album will hear our journey and feel our ambition. We truly have put our hearts and souls into it and I hope you love it as much as we do.\u201d\r

The Derby four-piece cracked the Top 5 at US Modern Rock radio, crashed the Top 10 in an array of Billboard charts, hit #1 on Spotify\u2019s viral chart and received over 2.5 million Vevo/YouTube views with \u2018Could Have Been Me\u2019. The follow up \u2018Kiss This\u2019 has seen them play sell-out shows across American and perform on both Jimmy Kimmel Live and \u2018Late Night with Seth Meyers\u2019.\r
