How can I return my order?
Just head over to our returns info page for all the details on how to send your order back.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, just get in touch with us and we can cancel it for you.
If it’s already on its way then we won’t be able to cancel it, but once you’ve received it let us know and we’ll help you arrange a return.
How will I know when my order has been sent?
You will receive a dispatch email once your order has left our warehouse.
Once my order has been dispatched when will I receive it?
Once you get your dispatch confirmation email, you should receive your order in about 3-5 working days if you’re in the UK.

What should I do if I have not received my order?
UK customers - if your order hasn’t arrived after 5 working days, just reach out to us, and we’ll check in with the delivery company.

Can I change the delivery address once I have placed my order?
Unfortunately we can't deliver to a different address. All items will be sent to the address you used when you placed your order.
If your order hasn't shipped yet, just get in touch! We can cancel it for you, and then you can place a new order with your updated address.
Will this DVD/Blu Ray work on my player?
We’re a UK company, and all our DVDs and Blu-rays are Region 2/B. If you’re outside of Europe, you’ll need a multi-region DVD or Blu-ray player to watch them.
Are all of your items new?
Yes! All of our items are brand new and unused, however not all UK items come factory sealed.
Will my order be tracked?
If you’re in the UK, your order will be sent with tracking through Royal Mail 48.
For customers in the USA, your order will also be fully tracked.
For other shipping destinations, we ship using standard priority mail, and we unfortunately cannot provide tracking information for orders shipped via this method.
Will you stock my band’s release?
As long as your release has a barcode, we will be happy to stock it! If you are interested, please contact us to discuss.
