I have received my item but I no longer require it?
If you need to send your order back, you can return it within 90 days from the order date for a full refund. Just keep in mind that you'll need to cover the return postage.
Also, any items that have been opened or had the shrink-wrap removed cannot be returned.
I have received my item but it's damaged/faulty. What do I do?
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll do our best to fix it quickly by arranging a free return and either sending you a replacement or a refund.
In the rare case that this happens, just reach out to us within 90 days of the order date, and we'll get you the info you need to return it.
How can I return an item?
Just get in touch with us to set up a return, and we’ll be happy to help.
All we need is your order number and the reason for the return. Then, we’ll send you all the info you need to get it sorted!
When will I receive my refund/replacement?
Once we get your item back at our warehouse, we’ll sort out your refund or replacement right away. If a replacement isn’t available, we’ll go ahead and issue a refund instead.
