To celebrate National Album Day and the 2026 theme of ‘Icons’, Demon Records are proud to present the reissue of the Number One album ‘Blue For You’ from Status Quo on it’s 50th anniversary, featuring the Top 10 singles ‘Rain’ and ’Wild Side Of Life’ plus ‘Mystery Song’.Released as a 2LP in gatefold packaging pressed on Translucent Blue Vinyl, the album has been newly mastered by Andy Brook and Francis Rossi and includes demos, rarities and live tracks from the era along with a brand new ‘Blue For You’ Q&A from Francis Rossi.This edition includes the album in full plus the non album B-side to ‘Rain’ (‘You Lost The Love’) along with the single edit of ‘Mystery Song’, the non album single ‘Wild Side of Life’ and it’s B-side ‘All Through The Night’. Also included for the first time on vinyl are some outstanding live tracks recorded in 1975 in Stoke along with demos of ‘Wild Side Of Life’ and ‘Honky Tonk Angel’.
