The band’s hugely successful second compilation released in 1994, The Best Of New Order features 7” mixes of the band’s classic hits from 1985 onwards, plus four new ‘94 mixes. The accompanying remix album The Rest Of New Order was released the following year in 1995 led by Blue Monday-95, a remix by Hardfloor. Both albums reached the top5 of UK albums charts and featured all the band’s iconic tracks including ‘True Faith’, ‘Bizarre Love Triangle’, ‘Blue Monday 88, ‘Regret’ and ‘World in Motion’The new deluxe 4CD set combines the original albums with remastered audio, plus two additional CDs of rare vinyl only tracks and unreleased remixes.Both albums will be released as separate vinyl albums with remastered audio cut at Abbey Road. The Rest Of New Order is now a 3LP set and compiles all 12 songs from the CD and original vinyl release for the first time.
