Description
One of the most popular British war films of all time THE DAM BUSTERS tells the true story of one of the most daring and brilliant raids of World War II. With the campaign for Europe in the balance Dr. Barnes Wallis (Michael Redgrave) comes up with an ingenious design for a bouncing bomb which could be used to target the great dams in Germanys Ruhr valley. Wing Commander Guy Gibson (Richard Todd) leads the specially-convened squadron on a mission that would become symbolic for the Allies eventual victory over Germany.
