Room 318 Productions and Laced Records are stepping into the fog to bring Akira Yamaoka’s score for the 2026 motion picture, Return to Silent Hill, to vinyl. This 2LP features 29 specially remastered tracks carefully curated by series composer and executive producer, Akira Yamaoka, to capture the key themes of love, loss, guilt and obsession from Return to Silent Hill and the SILENT HILL 2 video game on which the film is based.  Yamaoka’s musical signature has been an integral part of the series since the first note of the original video game. His work for Return to Silent Hill marks his third time writing music for a motion picture set in the SILENT HILL universe, but this time he returns as the sole composer.
