In 2016, American Joe Bonamassa honoured his British blues heroes during a short but very nice tour of the UK - there were only five performances in total. This show was recorded on July 7, 2016 at Greenwich Music Time at Old Royal Naval College. Joe Bonamassa was more influenced by British blues than any other music. From an early age, musically interested Joe fell in love with the hard-rocking, grainy and angular sound that emerged in the UK from the mid-1960s. This is especially true for the highly innovative and atmospheric guitar music by Eric Clapton, Jeff Beck and Jimmy Page.
