The band had its base firmly in the power pop/hard rock genre with songs written by Callahan that would not have been out of place on albums from groups such as The Byrds. The album 'The Zippers' was recorded in Memphis, TN and was produced by legendary producer Freddie Salem. This album has long been out of print and is now re-released with informative sleeve notes and rare unseen band photos.
