Formed through a mutual love of Celtic Frost, Darkthrone and Disfear, u201cStrike Mortal Soilu201d introduces their toxic infusion of ice-cold black metal riffs with their guttural punk venom. In October of 2015, WORMWITCH issued their first EP, The Long Defeat. In early 2016, No Clean Signing premiered a new track, Coffin Birth, describing it as a u201chigh-octane rush of deep, grinding riffs, piston-driven drumming, and thundering bass, with a heavy-as-hell production.u201d Shortly afterwards the band caught the attention of Prosthetic Records, a worldwide alliance was struck and work began on what would become u2018Strike Mortal Soilu2019, the bandu2019s debut album.
