The culmination of a twenty five year ambition to create and release original music, the record offers a "raw, earthy and real quality inspired by his recent return home to the North of England and a nostalgic look back at his younger days, including the indie scene and youth culture that shaped him, while also taking an unfiltered lens to his life. To realise this vision, Alfie collaborated with the acclaimed production duo MyRiot (Tim Bran and Roy Kerr), known for their work with an eclectic array of artists including London Grammar, Birdy, Paul McCartney, Rae Morris, La Roux, KT Tunstall, Halsey, The Verve and Primal Scream. Honest, surprising, and deeply evocative, "Face Myself" invites listeners to meet the real Alfie Boe as he explores the journey that brought him to a new beginning.
