Before the Covid pandemic, an ambitious project took place which resulted in some of the finest Merseybeat / 60's music legends re-recording their greatest hits - This is the album they created with members of The Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra. The legendary musicians included Mike Pender (The Searchers), Ray Ennis (The Swinging Blue Jeans), Tony Crane & Billy Kinsley (The Merseybeats), Brian Jones (The Undertakers), Dave Berry (The Cruisers), Mike McCartney (The Scaffold), and Gerry Marsden (Gerry and The Pacemakers).

On 17th February 2020 Gerry Marsden and fellow Merseybeat legends took to the stage at The Liverpool Philharmonic Hall. They performed with the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra and The Gary Murphy Band. It would prove to be Gerry's final performance. The LNFG Cartel is very proud to have been asked to help with this essential release, a fond farewell to one of Liverpool's finest. The live in Liverpool album is also available.
