In March 1989 the Orchestra of the 18th Century first came to Poland to perform Bach's Mass in B minor at the Warsaw Philharmonic. In August 2013 it performed in Warsaw for the last time under the baton of Frans Bruggen. In August 2014 we had to say farewell to Frans. Now, a decade later, we still miss him. It is such a gift that after the Polish recordings of Bach, Mozart, Beethoven, Moniuszko and Kurpifski, we can now add a new album of Haydn to our Warsaw catalogue a new album with Haydn, one of Frans's most beloved composers.
