This piece is made to be an introspective somatic journey. A trip trance you can get into through the portals of music and movement. Feeling life pulsating through you, being in the moment; connecting to your body. Dissolving the constructed separation of body and mind. Alone or in a group. And if in a group, then in one which allows for you to bear witness to the experiences of others - hold a caring space for each other, together. A community full of soft, unmasked trust. Allowing for catharsis and transformation. Staying with your emotions. Exploring, expanding, contracting. This active letting go or allowing things to be creates the potential for a therapeutic fusion of listener and music.
