It is raw and honest, and a true reflection of who the band are. This album is about battling intrusive thoughts and finding contentment in your day, however big or small those moments are. It's a journey to finding your own space and being comfortable in it. Pushing themselves creatively, especially with the acoustic track and working with mixing engineer Adrian Bushby (Foo Fighters, Muse, Everything Everything), the band have created an album which marks the true progression of a band who are pushing boundaries and breaking down glass ceilings. The album is available on limited green vinyl, CD and digital. They are headlining a UK tour in October.
