Characterised by a masterful fusion of progressive metal, electronic experimentation & subtle pop sensibilities, British band Ihlo's sound is equal parts fascinating & intriguing. With their debut album 'Union', originally released in 2019, Ihlo asserted themselves as one of the scene's most exciting new prospects, earning themselves the support of several key figures in the Prog world as well as reaching 1 on Bandcamp's 'Progressive Metal' charts multiple times.

Originally formed as a duo following a previous collaboration between vocalist Andy Robison & guitarist Phil Monro, Ihlo's final lineup was complete with the introduction of additional guitarist Rob Mair, Clark McMenemy on drums & Michael Roberts on bass.

The quintet's debut album 'Union' is a progressive expedition into myriad gorgeous sonic realms, deftly switching between passages of dream-like synth work & unrelenting, guttural chugging. Robison's layered lyrics are inspired by themes of surrealism, nature & transcendence, his remarkable vocals calling to mind the likes of Jeff Buckley & Cedric BixlerZavala.

This digipack CD edition of 'Union' includes two bonus live recordings from ProgPower Europe 2023.

Returns and Exchanges: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 28 days of the item being dispatched for a refund or exchange. Please note the following guidelines:
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging – items that have been opened or had shrink wrap removed are not eligible for return or refund.
