Formed in 2023, The All Clear is a Belfast-based indie band led by Joe O'Sullivan, a seasoned musician and consultant oncologist. The band's music is a reflection of Joe's life experiences, blending personal and professional themes into their sound. The All Clear, an exciting new indie band hailing from Belfast, is set to make waves with the release of their debut album, Harbour Songs. Formed in 2023 by Joe O'Sullivan, the band's frontman, vocalist, and primary songwriter, The All Clear brings together a powerful lineup featuring Joe Craig on bass guitar, Ali Donnelly on drums, and Joe's son, Oisin O'Sullivan, on backing vocals.

Harbour Songs, recorded at the renowned Start Together Studios in Belfast and engineered by the acclaimed Rocky O'Reilly, promises to be a deeply personal and evocative work. All the tracks were written by Joe O'Sullivan, who draws inspiration from his experiences both personal and professional. As a consultant oncologist specializing in prostate cancer for over two decades, Joe's work has deeply influenced his songwriting, with the band's name, The All Clear, symbolizing the life-changing news that cancer patients long to hear.

The album's title, Harbour Songs, reflects Joe's life during a transformative period, marked by the end of a marriage and the beginning of a new relationship. Living in the Harbour area of Belfast, Joe found solace and inspiration in his surroundings, which is evident in the album's lyrical content and atmospheric soundscapes.

Before forming The All Clear, Joe O'Sullivan had already established himself as a solo artist, releasing three well-received albums: Take A Deep Breath (2015), Another Light (2017), and Instead of Many Shades of Blue (2020). His solo work laid the foundation for the sound and emotional depth that, Harbour Songs, is set to deliver.

The All Clear's music offers a blend of introspective lyrics, captivating melodies, and a raw, authentic sound that will resonate with listeners on a deeply emotional level. Harbour Songs, is not just an album; it is a journey through the ups and downs of life, love, and healing.

Harbour Songs, will be available on all major streaming platforms from September 21, 2024. The All Clear is also planning a series of live performances across Northern Ireland to celebrate the album's release.
