VIRTUOSO DRUMMER GAVIN HARRISON'S BIG BAND REWORKINGS OF PORCUPINE TREE CLASSICS.

Legendary Porcupine Tree, King Crimson & The Pineapple Thief drummer Gavin Harrison reimagines Porcupine Tree's catalogue in brilliant & surprising ways.

Fresh from The Pineapple Thief's European tour in support of new album 'It Leads to This', Gavin Harrison's 'Cheating The Polygraph', originally released in 2015, is being re-issued on CD by Kscope. Boasting performances from some of the World's best contemporary jazz musicians, Porcupine Tree classics such as 'Heart Attack In A Layby' & 'Hatesong' take on a new life in striking arrangements by Laurence Cottle (ex-Bill Bruford's Earthworks & Alan Parsons Project) & co-produced with Gavin Harrison.

A labour of love, recorded over a period of five years, 'Cheating The Polygraph' features long-term collaborators such as Dave Stewart & Gary Sanctuary & provides an ideal means of appreciating both the flexibility & timelessness of Porcupine Tree's legacy, as well as the full scope of Gavin Harrison's incredible talent.

This mid-price CD will be presented in a 4-panel digipak with an 8-page booklet.
