Sam and Dave's work with producer Isaac Hayes and backing band Booker T and the M.G.'s made them a formidable team. Their hit 'Soul Man' endures today as an R&B smash and a unifying force between black and white audiences. This disc focuses on the year 1977 to 1981. Disc one offers reinterpretations of their older hits and new versions of soul classics. Disc Two features concert recordings from 1981 before their final break-up.
