Pat Kalla, El Gato Negro, David Walters, Izem and Souleance, came to the studio for leave in the groove an exuberant engraving, funk, electro, full of life, envy, brass, guitars, irrepressible rhythms... As many nuances as there are artists, all connected by a dominant afro-tropical color, a direct echo to my dj set in which all these maxis have finally found their place in the rhythm of their outings.\r
It was only after the series was over that I realized that there was another common point the maxis between them: in spite of the musical and cultural crossbreeding, all were sung in French or Creole. No calculation, no reflection to get there, just spontaneity, the desire to immortalize a love affair, a musical flash of lightning'.\r
