Amble Announce Biggest Ever UK Headline Tour For 2026

Irish folk trio Amble have announced their biggest UK headline tour to date, with seven major dates scheduled for September and October 2026.

The tour represents another significant milestone in the band's remarkable rise, culminating in a headline performance at London's O2 Academy Brixton and following a period of explosive growth that has seen Amble become one of the most talked-about names in contemporary folk music.

Known for their heartfelt songwriting, rich harmonies and intimate acoustic sound, Amble have built a loyal audience across the world through relentless touring and a genuine connection with fans. What began in small pubs and local venues in rural Ireland has evolved into sold-out shows across Europe, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Asia and North America.

The UK run begins at Sheffield's Octagon on 28 September before heading to Glasgow, Newcastle, Manchester, Nottingham and Cardiff, before concluding at the iconic O2 Academy Brixton in London on 8 October.

The announcement follows a breakthrough period for the trio. Their debut album Reverie became a chart-topping success in Ireland, while the band amassed more than 151 million global streams and sold over 130,000 tickets during an extraordinary 2025. They also spent part of the year performing in arenas across the United States as support to fellow Irish star Dermot Kennedy and later joined Hozier on major dates.

Amble's growing reputation as a live act was further cemented when they sold out three consecutive nights at Dublin's 3Arena, performing to more than 40,000 fans. The performances were later captured on the live release Live From Dublin II, showcasing the atmosphere and emotional connection that has become central to the band's appeal.

Comprised of Robbie Cunningham, Ross McNerney and Oisin McCaffrey, Amble have also received significant industry recognition, winning both Breakthrough Artist of the Year and Single of the Year for "Schoolyard Days" at Ireland's RTÉ Choice Music Prize Awards.
