Because Stan and Ollie are afraid of the water, they buy a goat and decide to spend some time aboard a rented boat they've tied to the dock. But, of course, things go horribly--and hilariously--wrong with their plan. The goat chews through the rope that's keeping them anchored, sending them out to the open sea... along with a murderous escaped convict! Making matters worse, Stan and Ollie don't even have any food onboard.
