Signing to Decca’s Deram label, the band recorded a series of albums which embraced, jazz, blues and rock influences and enjoyed success as one of the great British bands of the late 1960s and early 1970s.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFollowing the release of the album ‘Overdog’ in the Spring of 1971, Miller recorded his first solo album, ‘Bright City’. The result was a fine and inspiring record and led to him forming Hemlock to record a follow up album for Deram.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAside from Miller Anderson, the band featured \u003cstrong\u003eMick Weaver \u003c\/strong\u003e(keyboards), \u003cstrong\u003eJames Leverton \u003c\/strong\u003e(bass), \u003cstrong\u003eEric Dillon \u003c\/strong\u003e(drums), \u003cstrong\u003ePeter Dines \u003c\/strong\u003e(organ) and guests \u003cstrong\u003eChris Mercer \u003c\/strong\u003e(saxophones) and \u003cstrong\u003ePete Willsher \u003c\/strong\u003e(pedal steel guitar).
