This album was recorded in July 2010.\u003c\/p\u003e\\r\u003cbr\u003e\\r\u003cbr\u003e\u003cp\u003eJean-Fery Rebel (1666-1747) was a noted violinist, conductor, composer and harpsichordist.  He was appointed in the prestigious position of Court Chamber Composer to Louis XV in 1726 before which he was the student of Jean-Baptiste Lully.
