The integral force behind the process, David Archer comments \\u201cWe\\u2019ve really tried both with the production as well as with the musical content to push ourselves and make something that we are all proud of. We wanted to create an album that was melodic, aggressive, interesting and a little more modern than our previous releases. We controlled the entire sonic process ourselves which really helped us to be able to sculpt the sound into exactly what we had in our heads.
