He's a storyteller, protest singer, and poet, bridging both generations and genres to form his signature style of songwriting. 2015 saw Josh Gray release his \u003ca href=\"https:\/\/www.joshgraymusic.com\/store\/p\/josh-gray-ep\"\u003eself-titled debut EP\u003c\/a\u003e recorded in Frederick, MD. That year Josh Gray put nearly 30,000 miles on his car traveling all over MD, PA, WV, and VA. Sometimes seven nights a week, playing shows and open mics.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eLooking to improve his skills, Gray moved to Nashville in 2016. Wrangling together some of the best musicians in Music City he formed his band, Josh Gray and the Dark Features. \u003ca href=\"https:\/\/www.joshgraymusic.com\/store\/p\/songs-of-the-highway-cd\"\u003e'Songs of the Highway'\u003c\/a\u003e was recorded to tape at the renowned Bomb Shelter in East Nashville.
