After his move to NYC he quickly became one of the most in-demand jazz sidemen, both in the studio and on the bandstand.  \\r\u003cbr\u003e\\r\u003cbr\u003eHe has recorded and\/or toured with such diverse artists as Lionel Hampton, Chick Corea, Charlie Byrd, Dianne Reeves, Louie Bellson and many more.
