The first born in the late 17th century, the second in the 18th century. Of one we are proposing 6 Concerts (taken from Op. 3), of the other 2 Trio Sonate. Manfredini's Op. 3 concertos do not all have the form of a Concerto Grosso, but can be divided into three groups: concertos with a single line for the violins and an unusually\\r\u003cbr\u003einteresting middle part for the viola (1-4); solo concertos for violin (5-8) and 'Concerto Grosso' form (9-12). There is no shortage of interesting reworkings of Italian and French popular musical styles, as in the Allegro in the form of tarantella from Concerto no. 5 or in the short final dances of the Concertos no. 1 and no. 2.
