Helmuth Rilling, longtime leader of the Stuttgarter Bachakademie, was the founder of the G\\xe4chinger Kantorei and the Bach-Collegium Stuttgart. He became world famous with his unresting exploration, procuration and interpretation of the works by Johann Sebastian Bach. The first ever complete edition of the works by Bach on sound recording media was done under Rillings direction and will remain a milestone in the history of music recording.
